The Role
We need a Marketing Specialist who can drive real results across multiple brands. This isn’t just posting on social media - you’ll be managing ad budgets, building engaged communities, and creating campaigns that directly impact revenue. When your gaming launch campaign succeeds or fails, when your copy converts or doesn’t, it shows immediately in the numbers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Bitrograde Gaming (70% of time)
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns including Google AdSense and Facebook Ads for game promotion and user acquisition
- Create compelling copy and content for gaming audiences across all platforms and community channels
- Build opt-in communities through Discord, email lists, and social media with permission marketing strategies
- Execute guerrilla marketing tactics and viral campaigns for game launches and updates
- Track, optimize, and manage campaign performance and community engagement
Mastiff Systems - IT Company (15% of time)
- Write and maintain website copy for IT services and solutions
- Research, identify, and coordinate outreach with tech professionals for blog interviews
- Develop occasional campaigns for new client acquisition
Website Client Copywriting (15% of time)
- Write SEO-optimized website copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action for diverse client industries
- Adapt messaging to match each client’s brand voice and business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of digital marketing with proven results in Google AdSense and Facebook Ads management, optimization, and conversion tracking
- Exceptional copywriting across multiple formats (ads, emails, landing pages, web content) for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of permission marketing and guerrilla marketing tactics - building opt-in communities, viral campaigns, and creative low-budget strategies
- Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
- Gaming industry experience strongly preferred; B2B/technical copywriting experience a plus
Character Requirements:
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent networking and outreach skills for securing blog interview guests
- Creative thinker who can develop unique marketing angles for different audiences
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
